Herbert Clark Hoover, républicain, né le 10 août 1874 et mort le 20 octobre 1964, fut le 31ème Président des USA (1929-1933).

Biographie

Son mandat fut marqué par la Grande Dépression de 1929 et il fut battu lors des élections suivantes par F.D. Roosevelt et son New Deal.
