Capital humain

Le capital humain est l'ensemble des connaissances, aptitudes, expériences, talents, et qualités accumulées par un individu ou une organisation. C'est une composante importante du capital au sens large, plus encore dans l'économie de l'information dans laquelle nous évoluons.

Le Prix Nobel d'économie Gary Becker est celui qui a le plus travaillé sur la notion, à travers son ouvrage séminal Human Capital.
