Charles K. Rowley

Charles K. Rowley était un économiste de l'école du Public Choice. Il est né le 21 juin 1939 et décédé en 2013. Il a effectué ses études en Angleterre. Il est diplômé de l'Université de Nottingham en économie (B.A) et en philosophie (Doctorat). Il a mené ensuite une carrière universitaire remarquable, marquée par son engagement dans l'enseignement et la recherche. Il a occupé des postes dans plusieurs universités renommées en Angleterre, notamment l'Université de Nottingham, l'Université de York et l'Université de Newcastle upon Tyne, avant de s'installer aux États-Unis en 1984. Il a ensuite rejoint l'Université George Mason en 1991, où il a enseigné en tant que professeur d'économie. Son expertise académique a été reconnue par ses pairs et il a été président de la European Public Choice Society. Il a également été affilié à des institutions prestigieuses telles que l'Independent Institute, le James M. Buchanan Center for Political Economy et The Locke Institute.

En plus de son travail de recherche, Charles K. Rowley a apporté une contribution significative en tant qu'éditeur.
