Charles K. Rowley

Charles K. Rowley est un économiste de l'école du Public Choice. Il est né le 21 juin 1939. Il est diplômé de l'Université de Nottingham en économie (B.A) et en philosophie (Doctorat). Depuis 1991, il est professeur d'économie à l'université George Mason.
