Laurence M. Vance est un auteur libertarien américain. Il est président du Francis Wayland Institute et dirige la collection Classic Reprints des Vance Publications. Il a enseigné au Pensacola Bible Institute à Pensacola, en Florida.
Auteur prolixe, il écrit en particulier sur les sujets liés au christianisme et à la théologie.
Fortement anti-militariste, il collabore au site Antiwar.com qui est animé par l'auteur libertarien Justin Raimondo. Il collabore également à l'Independent Institute, écrit régulièrement sur le site de Lew Rockwell et le site du Ludwig von Mises Institute, dont il est adjunct scholar.
