Kirsten Foss

Kirsten Foss, née en 1960, est professeure de management et de stratégie. Elle occupe un poste à temps partiel au CBS (Copenhagen Business School) en tant que professeur associé de Stratégie et un poste à temps plein en tant que Professeur de Stratégie et de Gestion à la Norvège School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH). Tout comme son époux, Nicolai Foss, elle détient un doctorat de la "Copenhagen Business School".

Kirsten Foss partage ses domaines de recherche entre la théorie de la stratégie d'entreprise, la théorie de l'organisation de l'entreprise, particulièrement l'approche économique relative aux questions de stratégie et le business international. Dans le domaine de la stratégie, elle a étudié particulièrement la théorie des coûts de transaction avec la particularité de la limite de la frontière et à la croissance des firmes, la théorie du management par les ressources, la théorie du management par la connaissance.
