Intelligence émotionnelle

L'intelligence émotionnelle est un terme relativement nouveau qui englobe différentes compétences humaines comme l'empathie, l'auto-sensibilisation, la motivation, le self-contrôle et l'adaptation dans les relations.

L'intelligence émotionnelle est liée à la sagacité et à la sagesse qu'entretient un individu dans ses relations humaines et sociales. Elle implique la capacité à contrôler ses propres émotions, à les discriminer entre elles, et d'utiliser l'information pour guider les pensées et les actions des individus. Comme l'intelligence émotionnelle, l'intelligence thymologique est la capacité à comprendre les gens et d'agir avec sagesse dans les relations humaines.
