Ian Vasquez

Ian Vásquez, né au Pérou, est diplômé de la Northwestern University et a obtenu une maîtrise de l'École des hautes études internationales à l'Université Johns Hopkins. Il est actuellement directeur du Centre de liberté et de prospérité globale au Cato Institute. Il est membre de la Société du Mont-Pèlerin et membre du Conseil des relations étrangères. Avant de se joindre au Cato Institute, en 1992, Ian Vasquez a travaillé sur les questions inter-américaines du "Center for Strategic and International Studies" pour les actions menées entre les Caraïbes et l'Amérique latine.

Ses articles furent publiés dans des journaux à travers les États-Unis et l'Amérique latine y compris le Wall Street Journal, le Washington Times, le Miami Herald, le Financial Times, Investors Business Daily, El Comercio (Pérou), El Economista (Mexique), El Mercurio (Chili) et El Nuevo Herald (US).
