Alexandre Padilla est un économiste français, enseignant à la Metropolitan State University of Denver.

Formé à l'école aixoise de l'école autrichienne avec le soutien de Pierre Garello, de Jacques Garello, de Jean-Pierre Centi et de Gérard Bramoullé, il a soutenu sa thèse avec les honneurs sur le sujet controversé du Délit d'initié (Insider trading).
