Douglas Irwin

Douglas A. Irwin, est un économiste américain, Professeur au Dartmouth College. Il est spécialiste d'économie internatinale.
Il a publié plusieurs livres (Peddling Protectionism: Smoot-Hawley and the Great Depression, 2011 ; The Genesis of the GATT, 2008, Free Trade Under Fire, troisième édition 2009 ; Against the Tide: An Intellectual History of Free Trade, 1996), dans lesquels il critique le protectionnisme et se fait l'avocat du libre-échange.
